SAVC is committed to operational transparency, and respect for shareholder rights. We also believe that a sound and efficient Board of Directors is fundamental to excellence in corporate governance. The Audit Committee and Compensation Committee were therefore established by the SAVC Board of Directors in accordance with the above principle to assist the Board in fulfilling its supervisory duties. The organic charter for each committee has been duly approved by the Board. The convener of each Committee also reports regularly to the Board of Directors on their activities and resolutions.
