Sustainable Development Committee

Since 2024, SAVC has established the Sustainability Committee, supported by three functional working groups. Each unit is responsible for implementing sustainability initiatives in line with its organizational duties, reinforcing the company’s commitment to ESG.

Through the ESG lens, we assess our management practices and chart a holistic, SAVC specific sustainability strategy to achieve long-term sustainability and uphold our corporate social responsibility.

The Sustainability Development Committee acts as a cross-departmental communication and coordination platform, bringing together representatives from various department. Chaired by the Chairperson of the Board and supported by the President as Director General, the Committee is responsible for setting sustainability policies, goals, and strategies, as well as monitoring and reviewing implementation progress.

The Committee meets at least once a year, with additional meetings held when necessary, and regularly reports to the Board of Directors. Through this mechanism, the Board provides guidance to ensure the Company’s sustainability strategies are effectively carried out and continuously improved.
